Key Responsibilities Book domestic and international flight tickets. Handle ticket cancellations, rebooking, and refunds. Provide customers with fare quotations and travel options. Issue, reissue, and manage flight tickets accurately.

Assist customers with baggage rules, visa requirements, and airline policies. Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes and special requests. Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.

Resolve customer queries through phone, email, and WhatsApp. Meet daily booking and customer service targets. Follow company policies and airline regulations.

Required Skills Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is an advantage). Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email). Knowledge of airline reservation systems (Amadeus, Galileo,



Sabre, or similar) is preferred. Robust customer service and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings. Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Graduate or equivalent. Freshers can apply (training will be provided). Experienced candidates in travel agencies or airlines are preferred.

Preferred Experience 0–2 years in flight ticketing or the travel industry.

Experience with GDS software (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre) is an added advantage.
