Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to handle domestic and international holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa coordination, and travel-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Book domestic and international flight tickets.
- Reserve hotels, airport transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, DMCs, and travel partners.
- Assist clients with visa documentation and travel requirements.
- Provide accurate quotations and follow up to convert leads into bookings.
- Resolve customer queries before, during, and after travel.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.




- Experience in flight booking systems (GDS knowledge such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred).
- Valuable communication and sales skills.
- Strong customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to prepare travel itineraries and quotations.
- Basic knowledge of visa documentation and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in a travel agency or tour operator.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience)
