Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Mohali district.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and related services. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing travel recommendations, preparing itineraries, and processing reservations and payments through various booking systems. The role involves resolving customer issues, ensuring accurate travel documentation, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel policies, routes, and promotions.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to advise clients and oversee end-to-end trip planning.

Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to efficiently book and modify flights, hotels, and other services.

Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and address issues promptly.

Candidates should possess proficiency with travel booking tools, GDS or online travel platforms, and basic computer applications.

Relevant qualifications such as prior experience in the travel industry, knowledge of international and domestic travel regulations, and solid organizational and time-management abilities are beneficial.

A customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment are highly valued.
