About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Analyst to support global transfer pricing compliance, operational transfer pricing, benchmarking, and tax reporting activities. The role offers exposure to international tax regulations and collaboration with finance, tax, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation including Local File, Master File, and CbCR.
- Perform benchmarking and economic analyses for intercompany transactions.
- Support operational transfer pricing activities including pricing implementation and true-up adjustments.
- Assist with transfer pricing audits and tax authority inquiries.
- Support BEPS 2.0/Pillar Two reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance,



tax, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate with external advisors and manage transfer pricing deliverables.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or Management.
- Professional qualification (CA/CPA) is preferred.
- Experience in transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
- Robust accounting and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines and international tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
