Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and organize employee training programs.
Develop and maintain annual and monthly training schedules.
Prepare training materials, and evaluation reports.
Maintain training documentation and employee learning records.
Support onboarding and orientation programs for current employees.
Assist in identifying training needs across departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates with strong training, presentation, or facilitation capabilities will be given preference.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
