Key Responsibilities Conduct training sessions on interview skills, group discussions, resume writing, corporate communication, and skilled etiquette.
Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback.
Coordinate with the Placement Cell to prepare students for campus recruitment.
Track student progress through assessments and mock placement drives.
Stay updated with current hiring trends and recruitment practices of leading companies. Eligibility
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in placement training, soft skills training, or corporate learning & development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
