- - Eligibility Criteria: Should have minimum 3-4 years in surgery coding-all series from 1--9/
- ENM IP & OP- 3 -4 years exp, Strong knowledge in HIM Coding
Excellent in verbal and written communication.
Open for current learning
Should be expert in Surgery, IVR & Cath coding,ENM IP/OP must.
Must be certified from AAPC/AHIMA.
Additional certification is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and access the training needs of the organization
Develop individual and group training programs for the associates that address specific operation needs
Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Implement effective and purposeful training methods
Need to ensure that training is meeting current operation needs
Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, management and client
Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based for different specialties for freshers and different curriculum for laterals
Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training. Plan & monitor Training initiatives to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of tracks.
