Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and passionate Trainer – Learning & Development (L&D;) to design and deliver impactful learning experiences across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with a strong passion for people development.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging training sessions across Sales, Operations, Academics, and Human Resources.
- Design and develop training content, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning modules.
- Conduct induction and onboarding programs for new hires.
- Support campus hiring and recruitment initiatives.
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Maintain training records,



schedules, attendance, and learning reports.

EligibilityMandatory
- Graduation/Post-Graduation from a Top 50 NIRF-ranked College/University
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Willing to work onsite from Bannerghatta, Bengaluru
- Immediate joiners preferred

Preferred
- Prior internship or experience in Training, HR, L&D;, Campus Engagement, Teaching, or Public Speaking
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Solid interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
