What you will do

AI Literacy & Adoption Analyst - EMEA/APAC is responsible for driving enterprise AI literacy, Copilot adoption, and workforce enablement across the EMEA and APAC regions. This role serves as regional support for AI upskilling initiatives, helping employees build awareness, capability, and practical application of approved enterprise AI tools while supporting Kenvue's broader AI transformation agenda. Working closely with the Global AI Literacy Lead, Learning & Development, regional leadership teams, AI Champions, Microsoft, and Enterprise User Services, the role will help localize and scale AI literacy programs, develop regionally relevant use cases, facilitate communities of practice, and help measure adoption impact across EMEA and APAC.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Enablement

Design and deliver AI training sessions, workshops, and "Day in the Life" experiences

Facilitate bi-monthly office hours for EMEA and APAC audiences

Develop recorded training content and self-service learning materials

Localize content where appropriate to meet regional needs

Community Building & Change Management

Support the AI Community of Practice across regions and functions

Develop and enable AI Champions networks

Gather success stories and scalable use cases for enterprise-wide adoption

Regional AI Literacy Leadership

Lead and Support AI literacy and Copilot enablement programs across EMEA and APAC

Act as the primary point of contact for regional AI upskilling activities

Partner with regional and functional leaders to identify AI opportunities and adoption strategies

Communications & Awareness

Support creation of newsletters, communications campaigns, and awareness initiatives





Maintain ongoing visibility of new AI capabilities and organizational resources

Partner with stakeholders to drive continuous engagement

Insights & Adoption Measurement

Monitor AI adoption trends and engagement metrics

Identify regional opportunities, barriers, and capability gaps

Translate adoption data into actionable recommendations for leaders.

Emerging Capabilities & Innovation

Stay current on Microsoft Copilot and approved AI platform enhancements

Develop demonstrations and practical business use cases that accelerate adoption

Support continuous improvement of AI literacy programs. What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts, engage non-technical audiences, and communicate effectively across functions, geographies, and levels of seniority. 2-4+ years in digital transformation, change management, learning enablement, technology adoption, or related disciplines

Experience driving enterprise-wide capability-building programs, working across multiple geographies and cultures and strong stakeholder management experience with senior leaders

Experience with Enterprise AI concepts and responsible AI principles, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Microsoft Copilot, and up-to-date workplace productivity tools

Desired Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering engaging training programs or workshops focused on emerging technologies.

Proven ability to lead projects or components of larger initiatives with minimal supervision

Strong passion for fostering AI understanding and ethical AI use across organizations

Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in dynamic environments and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
