Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Automation Architect to lead enterprise automation initiatives by designing and implementing scalable workflow automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and intelligent automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural expertise, deep ServiceNow platform knowledge, and experience establishing automation standards and governance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise automation strategy, architecture, and governance standards.
- Design and implement scalable workflow automation solutions using ServiceNow Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Lead complex workflow automation and enterprise integration initiatives.
- Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates, and best practices.
- Drive AI/ML-enabled automation and intelligent workflow solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to streamline and optimize business processes.
- Establish governance and quality standards for automation implementations.




- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.

Required Skills

- 8–12+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Expert-level experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Robust knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow automation solutions.
- Understanding of AI/ML-enabled automation capabilities.
- Strong solution architecture, governance, and design expertise.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred.
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine.
- Exposure to ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
