Responsibilities

Qualifications/Criteria's

- Work closely with Developers, QA, and others to understand new features, use cases, and customer scenarios /Interpreting product requirements and documenting test cases for backend and frontend
- Effective stakeholder management skills to help build trust and collaboration for the long term.
- Help reproduce production bugs in various lab environments and report accordingly (JIRA, Bugzilla, Mantis).
- Responsible for releasing product features to QA using a combination of manual and auto-testing techniques.
- Follow internal development, test and build processes.
- Create, maintain,



enhance and execute test cases as part of dev readiness for the product/features.
- Identify, document, and track software defects found during testing.

- **Should have scored 70% & above in 10th and 12th grade.
- Good experience in Functional Testing of software as well as backend services testing.
- Expertise in DB testing, system testing and End to End testing.
- Positive knowledge in writing SQL Queries and understanding of Complex SQL Queries.
- Knowledge of Payment Domain/CRM testing.
- Experience in Database testing, should be able to write queries.
- Experience in API testing, preferably with Restful API.
- Expertise in any standard test case and defect management tool like ALM,Bugzilla,JIRA,TestRail etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to identify programming errors or inconsistencies.
- Expertise in ETL Testing, Automation, Batch Jobs Testing, Manual Testing, Test Strategy and Functional Testing Documentation, Regression Testing, STLC, Test Case Management tools.
