Experience: 2–8 Years (PEB / Structural Steel / Industrial Construction Preferred)

Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive PEB Site Engineer to supervise and execute the erection of Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) projects. The ideal candidate will ensure site activities are completed safely, on schedule, within quality standards, and in coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise erection of primary and secondary steel structures

Monitor installation of roofing, wall cladding, gutters, flashings, skylights, turbo ventilators, louvers, and other PEB accessories

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules

Verify alignment, levels, plumb, dimensions, and structural accuracy during erection

Coordinate crane operations, lifting activities, manpower, tools, and equipment

Work closely with project management, design, fabrication, procurement, logistics, and quality teams

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site issues

Inspect incoming materials, maintain inventory records, and minimize material wastage

Ensure quality inspections, bolt tightening, welding quality, and snag rectification

Enforce safety procedures, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure PPE compliance

Prepare DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, site records, billing measurements,



and project documentation

Support project close-out, punch list completion, testing, inspections, and final handover

Technical Skills

Ability to read structural, fabrication, and erection drawings

Strong knowledge of steel erection methods and construction sequencing

Familiarity with PEB components including columns, rafters, purlins, girts, bracings, crane beams, mezzanines, and cladding systems

Understanding of IS Codes, quality standards, and safety regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD (Preferred)
