Job Description:

We are looking for experienced VTL Setter cum Operators to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. Candidates should have 3–10 years of hands-on experience in setting and operating Vertical Turret Lathe (VTL) machines, preferably with non-standard components.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate VTL machines independently.
- Machine non-standard and heavy engineering components as per drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and process sheets.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Perform first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.




- Ensure quality standards, machine maintenance, and production targets.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Robust knowledge of VTL machine setting and operation.
- Experience in machining non-standard components is mandatory.
- Good understanding of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
