We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our hospital finance team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of accounting experience in a hospital or healthcare setting and possess robust knowledge of Tally. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and management statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
- Maintain hospital billing and financial documentation.
- Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities.




- Use Tally ERP/Tally Prime for accounting and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of accounting experience in a hospital or healthcare organisation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime/Cloud.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with hospital billing and healthcare accounting.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
