Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV/IP camera systems.
- Monitor camera performance and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues.
- Install and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Perform regular system backups and data recovery when required.
- Monitor server and network performance.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Perform preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and warranty support.
- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, system configurations, and inventory.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies.
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Knowledge of CCTV/IP camera installation and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Experience with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, and switches.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Windows desktop operating systems.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity and antivirus management.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with biometric attendance systems and access control systems.
- Knowledge of cloud services and remote desktop tools.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to travel to branch locations if required.

Salary

- Based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
