Job Role : -

Development of Plastic parts & Evaluation of their processes through zero defect approach

Job Responsibility : -

Handling mass production quality issues (CAPA, 8D , 5-Why analysis)

Implement Quality improvement initiatives at vendors

Vendor process change evaluation and approval

Competency Requirements : -

Functional knowledge of Performance parameters & testing methods of Interior & Plastic parts.

Understanding of Moldflow analysis and actions based on mold flow

Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical tools and Six sigma , PFMEA,FTA etc..

Working Knowledge of various inspection tools, gauges and test rigs.





In-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials used in automotive applications

Specific Expertise For Functional Area : -

Computer proficiency is essential for proper Documentation, presentations.

Ability to read CAD drawings (Knowledge of Unigraphics is preferable).

Knowledge of Plastic Materials & Simulation analysis using mold flow

Ability to Conceptualize Checking fixtures and gauges along with Working Knowledge of various inspection tools, gauges and test rigs.

Educational Essential Requirement : -

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Polymer Engineering
