Ø Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.
Ø Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up.
Ø Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
Ø Create, change, and delete user accounts per request.
Ø Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Ø Repair and recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted constituencies.
Ø Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
Ø Any other duties as allotted by higher authorities based on exigencies
Ø Monitoring/ Troubleshoot LAN & WAN Networks
Ø Assist to install Machine Interface System
Ø Coordinate with ISP Service providers to rectify any internet related issues.
Ø Any other duties as allotted by higher authorities based on exigencies.
