We are hiring a skilled Bookkeeper / Accounts Executive for our USA-based clothing & fashion brand. The candidate must have hands-on experience managing US accounting operations, especially California state accounting, bookkeeping, taxation basics, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling daily accounting activities for an international e-commerce business.

Responsibilities

- Manage daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Perform bank, credit card, PayPal, and Stripe reconciliations
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and expense reports
- Assist in California state accounting processes
- Prepare monthly financial and MIS reports
- Coordinate with US accounting/CPA teams
- Ensure accurate data entry and financial documentation

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of US bookkeeping and accounting
- Experience handling California-based accounts
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software




- Good understanding of reconciliations, AP, AR, and reporting
- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in US shift timings and office environment (WFO Mohali)
