We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Junior Project Manager. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in learning project management, coordination and client communication. The candidate should be willing to learn business process automation, and AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating ongoing projects.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients for regular updates.
- Track project tasks, timelines, and pending activities.
- Maintain project documents, reports, and meeting notes.
- Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support clients by understanding requirements and sharing updates.
- Assist in improving workflows and business processes.
Key Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Good verbal communication and written English skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Workspace.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up regularly.
- Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced and collaborative environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
