We are looking for a senior architect who is capable of handling residential and commercial projects

- Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative, functional, and code-compliant design solutions for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior architects and oversee design quality.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, and client communications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- Architectural : 5 years (Required)

Language:

- Malayalam and English (Required)
