Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage our factory's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally, and hands-on experience with day-to-day billing, tax filing, e-way bills, and account file checking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Daily Billing: Oversee and manage daily invoicing and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Tax Filing: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns accurately and on time.
- E-Way Bills: Generate and manage e-way bills for the transportation of goods, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Accounts File Checking: Review and verify financial documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to accounting standards.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare periodic financial statements and reports, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.




- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory department to ensure accurate stock records and valuations.
- Reconciliation: Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations regularly.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal accounting and tax laws and regulations.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations as required.
- Zoho Book knowledge (Preferred)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 5 to 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or higher.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

- Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
