Key Responsibilities
- Provide scientific crop advisory
- Conduct farmer meetings and field demonstrations
- Train Sales Executives on crop nutrition and agronomic practices
- Visit farms regularly
- Monitor crop health and recommend solutions
- Promote responsible use of agri-inputs
- Collect field data and prepare reports
- Support contract farming activities
- Build long-term farmer relationships
- Coordinate with the operations team
Requirements
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture
- Minimum 2 years of field experience
- Strong knowledge of crops and agronomy
- Positive communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
- Ability to train farmers and sales teams
- Willingness to travel extensively within Ahilyanagar district
