ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a sincere and hardworking individual to join our Ashok Leyland authorised commercial vehicle workshop at Chikhali, Navsari as a Warranty Tools Handler / Helper. The role involves supporting the warranty and service team in managing tools, equipment, and workshop materials to ensure smooth workshop operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Receive, store, and issue warranty tools and equipment as per workshop requirements
- Maintain an organised inventory of all tools, special service equipment, and warranty-related items
- Assist technicians and warranty team during service and repair jobs
- Ensure all tools are properly cleaned, maintained, and returned to designated storage after use
- Keep a record of tool movement, issue logs, and returns
- Coordinate with the warranty incharge for timely availability of required tools
- Report damaged, missing, or worn-out tools to the supervisor immediately
- Support in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the workshop floor
- Assist in receiving and checking warranty parts and materials

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS





- Minimum 10th / 12th pass or ITI qualification preferred
- Prior experience in a workshop, garage, or automotive service environment is an advantage
- Basic understanding of hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment
- Physically fit and capable of handling tools and workshop materials
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn
- Good coordination and teamwork skills
- Fresher candidates with a willingness to work in an automotive workshop are welcome to apply
