WE ARE HIRING – Billing Executive (Civil)
Location: Bejai, Mangalore

- Prepare client billing, contractor billing, and RA bills for ongoing construction projects
- Verify site measurements, BOQ quantities, and billing documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers, accounts team, and vendors for billing processes
- Maintain billing records, invoices, reconciliation statements, and project reports
- Track material consumption and project progress for accurate billing
- Ensure timely submission of bills and follow-up on approvals/payments
- Knowledge of estimation, quantity calculations, and billing procedures in civil projects
- Handle billing documentation with accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements

- Experience: 5 to 6 Years in construction/civil billing
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, billing, reconciliation, and project documentation
- Proficiency in MS Excel and billing software/ERP
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹18,806.23 - ₹25,227.68 per month
