Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
- Manage social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube.
- Monitor comments, messages, and reviews, and engage with the audience in a timely manner.
- Plan and manage content calendars.
- Analyze social media performance using metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, and follower growth.
- Prepare monthly or weekly performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and viral content opportunities.
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if required).
- Work with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Monitor competitors and identify recent growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
