Aclean Energies Pvt Ltd is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for Solar EPC ground-mounted projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising O&M; (Operation & Maintenance) activities, ensuring smooth performance of solar plant equipment, and minimizing downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities :

- Supervise daily maintenance activities at solar plant sites
- Monitor performance of solar modules, inverters, and electrical systems
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Identify and resolve technical faults quickly
- Ensure proper functioning of LT/HT panels, transformers, and SCADA systems
- Maintain maintenance reports and documentation
- Coordinate with site engineers and technicians
- Ensure safety standards are followed at site
- Monitor plant performance and reduce downtime

Qualification :





- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- ITI candidates with solid experience in solar O&M; can also apply

Skills Required

- Knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical maintenance
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of inverters, modules, and SCADA systems
- Leadership and team supervision skills
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
- Basic reporting and documentation skills

Experience :

Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in solar (EPC) Industry
