Job Title: HR Trainee

Department: Human Resources

Location: Dahej, Bharuch, Gujarat

Reports To: HR Executive / Assistant Manager – HR

Job Summary The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll support, statutory compliance, and employee engagement activities. The role provides hands-on exposure to HR practices in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Support recruitment by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist in employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
- Prepare and update attendance, leave, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with departments for employee data required for payroll processing.
- Assist in statutory compliance activities related to labor laws, PF, ESIC, and contract labor documentation.
- Support employee engagement programs, training sessions, and welfare activities.




- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain HR databases.
- Handle employee queries under the guidance of the HR team.
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and comply with company policies.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or MSW (HR).
- BBA/B.Com graduates with an HR specialization may also be considered.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a team and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
