Company Description NTTF (Nettur Technical Training Foundation), established in 1963, is an educational foundation that promotes purposeful technical education for the youth of India and stands as a symbol of Indo-Swiss cooperation. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Trainee role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. Trainees will participate in structured technical and practical training programs designed to build industry-ready skills, combining classroom instruction with hands-on workshop activities. Daily tasks include learning and practicing technical processes, following safety and quality standards, maintaining training records, and contributing to “learn while producing” and “produce while learning” activities.

Trainees will collaborate with instructors and peers,



take part in evaluations and assessments, and support basic project or production tasks as assigned. The role prepares individuals for entry-level technical positions in manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial environments.

Qualifications Strong interest in technical training and industrial skills, with a willingness to learn and follow structured programs.

Basic knowledge of mathematics, science, or engineering concepts, preferably supported by a relevant school or vocational background.

Ability to follow instructions, adhere to safety and quality procedures, and work diligently in workshop and classroom settings.

Valuable communication skills, teamwork mindset, and a positive, disciplined attitude toward continuous learning.

Capacity to work full time on site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, including practical and production-related activities.

Comfort with using basic tools, equipment, or machinery; prior exposure to technical labs or workshops is an advantage.

Openness to updated technologies and readiness to participate in industry-oriented projects and collaborations.

Eligibility as per NTTF admission criteria; completion of required schooling (e.g., secondary or higher secondary education) in line with program guidelines.
