Job Responsibilities

- Design soft toys using computer programs such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, or other design software.
- Present designs to stakeholders for approval before moving into production.
- Analyze current market trends in soft toy design
- Conduct research on the latest trends in materials, manufacturing processes, and marketing techniques for soft toys.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to ensure designs align with brand standards and market expectations.
- Work with manufacturers to ensure the technical aspects of the design are feasible and meet safety standards.





Requirements:

- Proven experience in toy design, especially soft toys, or related fields.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and market trends in the toy industry.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop original ideas that appeal to children.
- A degree or diploma in Product Design, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.
