Total Rewards Manager is responsible for designing and managing compensation, rewards, and recognition programs while ensuring competitiveness, compliance, cost effectiveness, and alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage compensation and reward strategies, policies, and frameworks.

- Lead salary review processes including increments, promotions, salary corrections, and pay-fitment recommendations.

- Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and compensation reporting.

- Monitor compensation budgets and partner with Finance on provisioning, reconciliations, and financial planning.

- Conduct market benchmarking and provide insights on pay competitiveness and internal parity.

- Lead HR analytics, dashboards, trend analysis, and management reporting to support decision-making.

- Ensure compliance with compensation policies, audits, statutory requirements, and governance standards.

- Drive digitization, automation, and process-improvement initiatives across Total Rewards programs.

- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, Talent teams, and business leaders on reward-related interventions and special projects.





- Lead and mentor Total Rewards team members while managing stakeholder queries and day-to-day operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Post Graduation in Human Resources (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent).

- Minimum 57 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, HR Analytics, or related HR functions.

- Strong aptitude for numbers with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proven experience in handling and analyzing large volumes of HR and compensation data.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other reporting/analytics tools.

- Strong conceptual understanding of Compensation & Benefits, salary structures, job evaluation, benchmarking, budgeting, incentive programs, and rewards administration.

- Ability to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights to support business and HR decision-making.
