We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel and Reservations Executive to manage hotel bookings tour packages and related travel arrangements The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service ensure smooth reservations and assist clients with their travel needs efficiently Key Responsibilities 1 Handle hotel bookings tour package reservations and other travel-related services 2 Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in-person communication 3 Provide customized travel solutions and package recommendations based on client needs 4 Coordinate with hotels tour operators and other service providers to confirm reservations 5 Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of booking details in reservation systems 6 Process payments issue invoices and manage refunds or cancellations 7 Stay updated on travel industry trends destinations and offers to inform clients 8 Address customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions to any booking issues 9 Prepare itineraries vouchers and other travel documents for clients 10 Maintain organized records of all bookings and client communications Requirements 1 Proven experience in hotel booking tour package coordination or related travel services 2 Strong knowledge of reservation systems e g GDS and booking platforms 3 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4 Customer service-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities 5 Ability to manage multiple bookings and prioritize tasks effectively 6 Proficiency in MS Office and relevant travel software Preferred Skills 1 Experience working in a travel agency or hospitality workplace 2 Familiarity with international and domestic and international travel regulations Salary Competitive based on experience Interested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience and passion for the travel industry Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Work Location In person
