Job Title: Tool & Die Maker

Location: Moraiya Ahmedabad

Department: Tool Room

Reports To: Manager

Nos. Required :- 3 Nos.

Salary : 3.00 LPA To 6.50 LPA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tool & Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The role involves designing, constructing, repairing, and maintaining precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in production. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, hands-on machining skills, and the ability to ensure tools/dies meet quality and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacture, assemble, repair, and maintain dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures as per drawings/specifications.
- Operate CNC, milling,



lathe, grinding, and other machine tools for tool/die making.
- Perform troubleshooting, adjustments, and modifications to improve tool & Die performance and reduce downtime.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.
- Ensure all dies and tools meet quality standards and dimensional accuracy.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to extend the life of dies/tools.
- Support production teams in resolving tool-related issues during manufacturing.
- Maintain documentation of tool & Die history, modifications, and maintenance records.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in tool room operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of tool & die making, machining processes, and materials.
- Proficiency in operating conventional and CNC machines.
- Good understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Ability to work with CAD/CAM software (added advantage).
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience:

- ITI / Diploma in Tool & Die Making / NTTF / IGTR ( Fitter & Mechanical )
- 2–3 years of experience in tool & die making

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
