To support safe and efficient warehouse and production operations through effective management of loader and conveyor systems, glass movement activities, OSSP manpower coordination, warehouse processes, and coater shutdown activities while ensuring compliance with EHS, Quality, and Operational Excellence standards.

- Knowledge of valuable warehousing practices and material management.
- Knowledge of glass handling processes will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, including MS Office, MRP, and Orion.
- Understanding of Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of operational check sheets and basic Lean tools.
- Ability to identify operational issues quickly and take appropriate action.
- Hands-on experience in problem-solving methodologies, including: 5 Why Analysis,Fishbone (Ishikawa) Diagram,5 Why Analysis
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Understanding of continuous improvement principles and operational excellence practices.
