As a TIBCO Data Virtualization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enabling advanced data integration and virtualization solutions for our clients in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize TIBCO Data Virtualization environments, ensuring seamless, secure, and high-performing access to critical data assets. Your expertise will support strategic data-driven decision-making and accelerate digital transformation initiatives within the organization.

Detailed Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement TIBCO Data Virtualization solutions tailored to the needs of pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data models and virtualized views.

Optimize data integration processes to ensure high performance, scalability,



and security.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing TIBCO Data Virtualization environments.

Develop and enforce best practices for data governance, quality, and compliance in alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Prepare and deliver technical documentation, training materials, and user support as needed.

Lead or participate in data migration, integration, and transformation projects.

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in TIBCO products to drive continuous improvement.

Skill Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience working with TIBCO Data Virtualization, especially in the Life Sciences or Healthcare sector.

Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and integration patterns.

Proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and data virtualization concepts.

Familiarity with regulatory standards such as HIPAA, GxP, or GDPR as applicable to pharmaceuticals and healthcare data.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural team workplace.
