Role Overview ● Position: Customer Support Specialist (Thai Speaker) ● Experience: 6 months to 1 year (in Customer Support) ● Language Proficiency: C1 Level (Thai) ● Salary: 10,000,000 - 11,000,000 INR Per Annum (10-11 LPA) ● Work Mode: Work From Office / Work From Home ● Working Days: 5.5 Days a week ● Location - Jaipur Key Responsibilities : Customer Assistance: Provide high-quality support to Thai-speaking customers via voice, email, and chat.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Database Management: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.

Adherence to KPIs: Meet or exceed daily/weekly performance metrics, including Average Handling Time (AHT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.

Escalation Management:



Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications : Language Skills: C1 certification or equivalent proficiency in Thai (both written and verbal). A strong command of English is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international customer support / BPO environment.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (undergraduates with relevant experience can be considered).

Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office and comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously.

Availability: Versatile to work in a 5.5-day workweek environment, including rotational shifts if required.

Location: Must be willing to work full-time from the designated Transcom Office (Jaipur)
