Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Textile Engineer with 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile engineering and a passion for advancing textile technology. This role requires both technical expertise and a collaborative spirit to drive product development and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities Product Development: Design and develop new textile products, ensuring they meet quality standards and market demands.

Process Optimization: Analyze and enhance manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high-quality output.

Material Testing: Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.

Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to production teams,



troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.

Project Management: Manage projects from conception to completion, coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Experience with textile design software is a plus.
