Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Executive to strengthen and scale our digital presence across key platforms. As part of a growing IT organization, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, industry-relevant content, executing data-driven social media strategies, and driving meaningful audience engagement. This role requires maintaining consistency in company services communication, showcasing our technological expertise, and aligning social media efforts with overall business and marketing objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and captions aligned with brand goals
- Plan and schedule social media calendars on a weekly and monthly basis
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools and optimize content accordingly
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to execute campaigns
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities




- Manage paid social media campaigns (basic level) to improve reach and engagement
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms

Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
- Knowledge of content creation, copywriting, and basic visual storytelling
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance metrics
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and branding concepts

Required Skills

- Ability to create engaging and shareable social media content
- Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe tools
- Robust communication and creative thinking skills
- Understanding of hashtags, trends, and audience targeting
- Ability to analyze insights and improve content performance
- Good time management and collaboration skills
