Job Summary
Eagle Hitech Softclou Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop current business opportunities across IT Training and Software Development verticals
· Initiate and manage strategic partnerships with colleges for internship and talent acquisition programs, along with corporate client acquisition
· Generate qualified leads through direct visits, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
· Promote internship programs, corporate IT training,
and custom software solutions
· Maintain accurate pipeline reports and weekly performance updates
· Achieve assigned revenue, client acquisition, and strategic partnership targets
Skills Required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
