Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead AI-driven projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT project management, expertise in AI/ML technologies, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive project success, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals

- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and software developers to deliver high quality solutions

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies

- Ensure timely execution by monitoring progress, addressing roadblocks, and managing changes

- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors for seamless project execution

- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to streamline development workflows

- Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and ROI analysis for AI initiatives

- Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements





- Provide regular project updates to leadership and clients

- Conduct performance evaluations and provide structured work feedback to enhance team productivity and development

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

- 10+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in AI/ML projects

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, machine learning models, and cloud-based AI solutions

- Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies

- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project

- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset

- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is a plus

- Exposure to AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenAI

- Experience working in SaaS-based AI products or services

- Become familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployments

- Understanding of ethical AI principles and data governance
