We are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Employee Transportation Services (ETS) for Delhi NCR, with full P&L; ownership and operational command.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive P&L; for the Delhi NCR ETS business
- Deliver operational excellence across all service lines
- Manage vendor ecosystem with strong governance & efficiency
- Lead client interactions, escalations & relationship management
- Oversee MIS, billing, invoicing & collections rigorously
- Drive revenue growth, cost optimization & manpower efficiency
- Ensure 100% compliance (statutory & operational)
- Build, lead and scale high-performing teams

What We’re Looking For:

- 5-10 years of experience in transportation / logistics / fleet operations
- Proven P&L; ownership and large-scale operations leadership
- Excellent stakeholder management & execution focus
- Ability to thrive in a quick-paced, high-growth environment
