- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Tele Business Development.
- Candidates with any sales experience and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Qualification

- 12th Pass or Above

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in:
- English
- Hindi
- Bengali
- Solid telesales and customer handling skills.
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over phone.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales opportunities.




- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand
(Based on last drawn salary, experience, and communication skills.)
