EIG Overseas is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Centre Manager to lead our Germany Education & Healthcare Careers division.

What You'll Do

- Lead and motivate a team of counsellors.
- Drive admissions and revenue growth.
- Ensure excellent customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance and daily KPIs.
- Conduct team training and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with processing and visa teams.
- Build local partnerships and support marketing initiatives.

We're Looking For

- 3–8 years of experience in sales or branch management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in education,



overseas consultancy, banking, or insurance is preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve revenue targets.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
