The Soft Services Cluster Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring all soft service operations across assigned sites .

The role ensures high standards of housekeeping, patient support services, waste management, pest control, linen management, and hygiene practices while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience.

Oversee the recruitment of site employees.

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor inventory levels of housekeeping consumables, cleaning chemicals, linen, and equipment.
- Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality standards.
- Track consumption trends and implement waste reduction initiatives.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with guidelines, Policies,



statutory regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor biomedical and general waste segregation practices in coordination with the Infection Control Team.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain documentation related to audits, inspections, compliance, and quality initiatives.

Must be proficient in MS excel/Power Point.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
