Job Overview

Vilvah Store Private Limited is seeking 0-1 year of experienced candidate for the role of Junior Executive - Customer Support. As a experienced candidate you will handle customer queries accurately via phone, email or chat on time.

Selected candidates will be placed in Coimbatore Office.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.





Skills and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0-1 years of hands-on experience in Customer Support.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.Any additional language is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools and customer support workflows.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a quick-paced environment.
- Patience and professionalism in handling challenging customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new processes.
