Role Overview

We're looking for a creative thinker who understands Instagram trends and viral Reels. You'll be responsible for planning content, identifying viral opportunities, and working closely with the creative team to produce engaging Reels that drive reach, engagement, and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research Instagram trends, viral formats, and competitors.
- Develop weekly and monthly content calendars.
- Create engaging Reel concepts, hooks, and storytelling ideas.
- Coordinate with the Camera Person and Video Editor during content production.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and performance.




- Track content performance and optimize strategy using insights.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Instagram content strategy or creative planning.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and audience engagement.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with Meta Insights and AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is an added advantage.
