About the Role:

We are looking for a Married Woman for CRM Executive for our factory. The role involves handling customer queries, after-sales support, order follow-ups, and material movement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp coversations.

2. Maintain customer database, feedback & complaint resolution

3. Coordinate with sales/accounts team for order/delivery updates

4. Follow up on pending payments & generate repeat business

5. Maintain daily CRM reports in Excel/Google Sheets

6. Follow ups of material movement for job works.

Requirements:

1. Married Woman Only

2. Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in Commerce or Science

3. 1-2 Years experience in Customer Service/Sales/CRM role

4. Excellent communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & Basic English

5. Positive knowledge of MS Excel + basic computer skills

6. Polite, patient, and presentable personality

7. Local candidates preferred for long-term stability

Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday off

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
