Sr Digital Marketing Trainer & Growth Strategist

Who You Are

- 4+ years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Strong in SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and Marketing Automation.
- Comfortable with tools like GA4, Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, CRM platforms, and AI tools.
- Strong communicator with training or mentoring experience.
- Passionate about both teaching and execution.

What You'll Do

Training

- Conduct Digital Marketing training sessions.
- Mentor students on projects, portfolios, and career readiness.
- Track student progress and learning outcomes.
- Improve curriculum, assignments, and learning resources.

Growth & Marketing

- Manage the digital presence of multiple in-house brands.
- Plan and coordinate content across social media platforms.
- Work with designers, writers, and video editors to execute content.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Support webinars, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing and lead nurturing initiatives.




- Work with internal teams and external partners on SEO and organic growth.
- Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and vendors when required.
- Prepare monthly marketing reports and growth recommendations.

Leadership

- Help build marketing processes and best practices.
- Support and guide junior team members when required.
- Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility, lead generation, and student admissions.
