The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data to support application functionality and scalability, collaborating with different stakeholders to align data strategies with project goals, and continuously refining data models to meet evolving needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture standards and best practices.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure data requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Qualified & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Governance.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and database design principles.
- Experience in designing scalable data storage solutions and data integration strategies.
- Ability to work with cloud-based data platforms and understand distributed data processing.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance considerations in data architecture.

Additional Information:
