We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to drive high-quality leads, improve conversions, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Set up and manage conversion tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4)
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and creatives
- Generate and analyze performance reports with actionable insights
- Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation of spend




- Stay updated with latest Google Ads trends, tools, and policies

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / PPC campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager)
- Proven track record of driving leads and conversions
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills
- Experience in budget management and performance optimization
- Valuable communication and coordination skills

Good to Have:

- Google Ads Certification
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or D2C industry
- Knowledge of landing page optimization (CRO)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
