Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and follow up with clients until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
